In the event that circumstances require a change to the estimated price, we will notify you before proceeding with any additional or modified work. Your authorization to continue under revised pricing will be obtained prior to incurring those additional costs.
5. Severability

We offer professional home services to customers in Atlanta, GA and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to scheduling availability and our professional assessment of the work requested. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our capabilities or service area.
